About You:

You’re an ambitious software developer that likes to code and solve problems. You like to think of new ideas of ways to solve problems and you like to see beautiful code work with beautiful interfaces to make beautiful software.

About The Job:

You’ll help design and build features, identify and solve issues, learn about current usages to improve user experiences and much more.

Work from home (anywhere in the world) or in the Waterloo, Ontario, Canada office. Visa can be arranged for highly qualified candidates.

Salary range is $60-$120k CAD + equity depending on experience. Freelancers welcome to apply.

What You Need:
  • Some experience working with Ruby on Rails in production environments.
  • A good understanding of jQuery, Javascript and HTML.
  • A programming background working at a software company.
  • A very self-driven attitude; hard-working and ambitious.

Sales/Marketing Specialist

About You:

You’re outgoing and dilligent and have a passion for great marketing and helping customers succeed. You’re highly competitive and not afraid to go the extra mile to reach your goals.

Your Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Emailing and calling clients that have signed up for trials but not signed up for a paid plan.
  • Gathering feedback from existing clients and assisting with product questions.
  • Managing digital marketing campaigns and reporting ROIs.
  • Writing marketing and support content articles.
  • Managing social media accounts and engaging with community.
  • Being available for live chat communication to answer basic questions about the product.
  • Generating help articles and website changes based on new and improved features.
  • Managing branding and design projects.
What You Need:
  • A degree or diploma or significant relevant experience
  • Extremely good English skills.
  • A basic understanding of digital marketing and the sales process.
  • Experience working in marketing/sales for a software company is a huge plus!
